Would be good if you had a separate section on the software for uk holiday lettings as they are treated very differently from tax and 'tenancy' perspectives.
Would be helpful if you could charge expenses to an individual unit in a multiunit block
Hi Terry thanks for your suggestion we will look at this at our next round of upgrades. Keep your suggestions coming!
It would be useful if there was more info on debt collection options and agencies - what are people's experiences with various options and debt collectors etc? We are looking to commission a firm for various tenant debts. Maybe a bit like Tripadvisor/rated people where people give their comments on different firms and methods?
Section 8 and section 21 auto generating wizards.
You should let members reply to other members on the Forum, so that they can share their experiences and advice (especially if a bad court experience has occurred).
Hi Marton.
Members can reply on our Forum. We do require that you register to reply. Unfortunately otherwise we do get a lot of East European and Chinese spammers trying to tell us where we can get various love potions on the internet.
Hi Hawkeye,
I have registered and logged in but I get the message: "(You have insufficient privileges to reply here.)" I need to warn Stevie of just what needs to be included in the Section 8 Notice please. I had my case dismissed because a few words were missing. The judge referred to Hastings v. Murphy (1993).
Kind regards,
Marton
Hi Marton.
Sorry about that. We'll have a look at that for you.
In the BTL mortgage search engine, it would be useful if the lender results only appear if you meet all of their lending criteria. At the moment it seems like the rental cover criteria may not be met and yet that particular lender also shows up in the search results.
