Redditch Council landlord forum

REDDITCH Council is inviting private sector landlords to join its Landlords’ Forum.

The next forum takes place on Tuesday, October 27 at the town hall in Walter Stranz Square between 4-6pm.

Attending the event will be representatives from National Landlords’ Association, Redditch Nightstop, Act on Energy and Redditch Council.

A number of issues will be up for discussion including new grants for landlords to improve the energy efficiency of their properties, floating support for private tenants, the Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme, the crime prevention initiative SmartWater and an update on housing benefit.
