Residential property fund to launch

For those investors who don't want the bind, drudge or hassle of being a landlord, but want to put money into residential property a new investment fund is set to launch.

Close Asset Management is launching a residential property fund targeting an annual return of 8%.

The Residential Growth Partnership, will have a five-year term and look to hold properties that are let to the over-60s on a life tenancy basis. These will be sourced through Homewise, which has operated in this market for more than 30 years.

The fund is aiming to raise at least £5 million in investment.

Good luck!
