Private sector still keen to be landlords

Despite recent surveys that show that some of the lustre has been knocked off being a landlord. According to latest reports in Property Week the private sector is falling over themselves to be landlords. 64 have registered an interest in taking part in the HCA private rental sector initiative.

This might have something to do with recent figures from the IPD that show that despite the recent set backs, investment in residential property still out performs other forms of commercial property investment.
