A new investment fund is being launched aimed at those investors who want to expose themselves to the potential investment returns offered by traditional residential investment property.
With residential property values having fallen over the past 18 months many investors see it as a good time to start investing again.
An Edinburgh investment firm, Cornelian Asset Managers, has joined with property company Grant Management and created a residential property fund which it believes is the only one of its kind in the UK and focuses purely on traditional properties with an average price of £175,000, including Georgian, Victorian and post-Second World War flats and houses "in good locations at attractive yields".With residential property values having fallen over the past 18 months many investors see it as a good time to start investing again.
