Surely It's Time for a Hip Replacement.

Home Information Packs are slowing down the limping property market further according to Estate Agents.

HIP's were supposed to be a way of speeding up the house buying process, but are regarded as a complete failure.

91 per cent of estate agents were adamant that consumers paid little or no attention to the packs.

The true reason for their continued existance is that the Government cant afford another u-turn on another costly, poorly thought policy, so presumably they will stay until David Cameron and his chums get in.
