Property growth rates

The latest projections on house prices unsurprisingly show a slightly mixed picture across the UK with prime and central London dropping behind the growth rates in other parts of the UK.

Leading UK projected  housing growth rates are in the South East and the East as the house price boom in Central London spills out into the provinces.

Other laggards in the house price boom are the outlying regions of Scotland, North East and Wales.

The average rise in house price over 5 years is projected to be 22.8%.
