Hounslow unlicensed HMOs fine

Two more landlords have been fined for over-crowding sub-standard, unlicensed rental properties.

Palminder Singh Sanghera and Nirmal Kaurwere pleaded guilty to 30 offences at Feltham Magistrates’ Court on 26th October.

Hounslow Council’s Housing Enforcement Team described how they discovered 30 tenants living in five unlicensed Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO).

The unlicensed properties failed to meet a number of fire safety regulations.
