ONS data shows rents aren't 'sky-rocketing'

The Office for National Statistics has reported that rents in the UK have risen by just 2.7% over the past 12 months ( Sept 15 to Sept 15). 

Hardly 'sky-rocketing'  - as the sensationalist media might try and have people believe.

Private rents grew by -

• 2.8% in England
• 1.6% in Scotland
• 0.5% in Wales 
• 4.1% in London
