Police landlord drugs farm

We are endlessly warning landlords of the risks of their tenanted property been used as a drugs farm but even the most observant landlords can get duped.

News that landlord / deputy assistant commissioner at Scotland Yard, Rod Jarman rented out a four-bedroom property through an online letting agent that he later discovered had been set up as a drugs farm growing thousands of super-strong ‘skunk’ plants.

The landlord / police officer was contacted by concerned neighbours who had heard wierd noises coming from the Essex rental property.

It just shows you cant be too cautious.
