Tenancy Forms - let a room

I recently had an enquiry from a landlord who was looking at letting a room in a shared house. He wanted to use Property Hawk's free tenancy form but needed to specify that he was only letting a room not the whole house.

Firstly, is Property Hawk's Free Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement suitable for this?

The answer is yes absolutely. To let a single room or a flat in the same block than all a landlord needs to do is when filling out the tenancy details is enter these details in the last data box called '1st line of address'. Enter 'Room 1' or 'Flat 2' there and the details will show in the completed Tenancy Agreement.
