Can't get no sleep - landlords worry about cashflow and rents

Landlords are losing sleep according to research from Direct Line, a recent survey shows that landlords are very worried about the impact the recession is having on their buy to let properties.

30% of the landlords polled admitted to worrying about whether they will receive the agreed rental income from tenants and over 20% were worried about their cash flow.

Landlords need to try and sleep with lavender under their pillow.
