Generation Rent set to give landlords a "good game'

First-time buyers are predicted to be stuck in rented property until an average age of 38.

The delay in the ability for the average person to get on the housing ladder is been seen as a result of restrictions in lending and a housing shortage.

The prediction is that the private rented sector will continue to grow to support this evolution in housing demand.

The media is labelling these delayed housebuyers as “Generation Rent”.

This continued increased supply of renters is further good news for landlords.

Good game! Good game!
