king & queen of buy-to-let to sell up

The so called king and queen of buy-to-let are about to 'take it easy' after 20 years of investing in property according to latest reports.

The former maths teachers were clearly pretty good at their sums having racked up a portfolio of over 900 properties down in Kent since they first started investing in 1986.

Portfolio landlord insurance - guaranteed to save 5% on comparible quotes

Two former maths teachers who became landlords and made a fortune with a buy-to-let empire are to retire from the business, putting their 700 homes up for sale in one go.

Since the peak the Wilsons have shrunk their residential portfolio down to 700 properties.

They have decided to put the whole property portfolio on the market to take advantage of the rise in house prices in Ashford Kent resulting in part from the opening of the high speed rail link.

If investors are interested in buying the portfolio then I understand that all 'reasonable' offers would be considered. Judith Wilson can be contacted via her website and don't forget to mention where you saw the portfolio for sale. You never know you might even get a discount!
