Kent Reliance claim PRS has grown by 11%

According to BTL lender Kent Reliance, Britain's landlords made total returns of £111.5billion last year. 

Kent Reliance claims the private rented sector expanded by a further 150,000 households in the 12 months leading up to March 2015, with a  total valuation of  £990.7 billion, up 11% on the previous year. 

The 111.5 billion total return on private rental sector property in the UK breaks down into an estimated £67.2 billion in property price gains and £44.3 billion paid to landlords in rent. 

The average UK rental property was estimated to generated a total annual return of £24,221 from rent and price growth.
