HSBC 2015 top BTL property hotspots

The 2015 HSBC chart of BTL yields has Manchester at the top with the highest rental yields of 7.93%) - 'top stuff' as they say in those parts.

All three of the highest yield hotspots were in the North, with Kingston on Hull hitting the number two spot, followed up by Blackpool, thanks to both towns low property prices.

Hull has the cheapest average property price of the 50 rental areas surveyed by HSBC at just £69,135.
