And this is only one element of the hounding - far more serious is the set of laws that effectively allow criminal tenants to ... well act criminally ... without the possibility of effective sanction. The impact on decent tenants is immense, as will the exit of a non-corporate body of flexible and variable (in quality) landlords from a competitive market.
