Rent getting cheaper - down 0.3%

HomeLet’s Rental Index for June has average UK rents down 0.3% on June 2016.

The UK's average rent is £908 per month.

HomeLet’s Martin Totty  comments:

“We’ve seen progressively more modest rent increases and, over the past two months, falls in some areas of the country; June’s figures are the first indication that this trend may now be beginning to flatten out.”
