4.14% 2 year fix

The Rugby Building Society have recently introduced a 4.14% 2 year fixed rate mortgage to their range which according to Moneyfacts is the lowest rate for this term of mortgage. The max LTV is 60% and the fee payable is £995.

Originally only for the midlands area The Rugby have just extended the area of application to the whole of England and Wales.
