Percentage of UK homeowners to decline

The proportion of people who own their own home is going to continue to decline according to the Council of Mortgage Lenders.

Recent Government figures record that owner-occupation has fallen since 2005 and by then end of 2009 only accounted for 68 percent of UK households.

For landlord, less home owners mean more home renters, hurrah.
