Buy-to-let king and queen in trouble?

The buy-to-let king and queen are allegedly in trouble.

Latest reports in the dailymail suggest that one of the UKs biggest landlords with an estimated fortune of £180m maybe in trouble.

The report indicates that the Wilson are £350,000 in arrears with one of their mortgage lenders, a fair bit of dosh for most of us.

Fergus has responded by saying that the cheque has the mortgage payment has gone missing because of the postal strike. This seems a bit weird that in this day and age anybody deals with cheques, especially for such large amounts but Fergus is definitely old school, so maybe there is truth in this.

I suspect that the Wilsons are far from being on their uppers even if they have the odd void.

Is it more a case of a quiet news day at the Mail or build them up and knock them down.

Fergus if you do read this, then feel free to put us straight.
