Online job quoting sites from a landlords perspective

I have just come across this website http://www.myhammer.co.uk/ . The site enables landlords the facility to post building/maintenance work and receive quotes from various trades.

In principle it sounds very appealing, ie, Get a bunch of trades to quote on a job without having to repeatedly drag myself down to the rental property.

However, I haven't used it and I do have real concern as regards the ability to generate true quotes without a trade viewing the job, as well as receiving a virtual recomendation for the tradesman and not one from a trusted friend or acquaintence.

Has anyone had experience with these online quoting sites? Feedback from fellow landlords welcomed.
