I have gone into great depth about the advantage of buying property at auction in the past. Whilst many parts of the residential property market are in denial of the scale of the necessary fall in house prices. The result - an effective paralysis of a normally function property market. Sellers refusing to accept the extent of price falls, whilst buying refusing to buy at the current price has result in tiny volumes and a stand off between buyers and sellers.
