10 Landlord petitions - for NO. 10

Landlords who feel like they have no voice may be interested to know that the No.10 website allows them to petition the government directly on any matter they feel strongly about. I've done a brief trawl to find out some of the most recent petitions affecting private landlords. Its a mix bag as you can see below. Some of the petitioners are not the best spellers in the world and I would say at a quick glance that landlords are better spellers than their protractors.

LHA is a nightmare replacement for DSS system.

Please sign petition to Prime Minister that LHA payments should go directly to Landlord. Tenants are not using the their housing allowance to pay their Landlords.
