Property price bubble - pin the tail on a donkey.

As we hear more and more positive news on house prices, are we really over the property crash?

Forget bulls and bears, it's all about donkeys!

Think carefully before pinning the tail on the bubble donkey!

Don't let the property price twitter make you dizzy.

Nobody wants to make an investment ass of themselves.

In my view we are not quite over the crash yet. Certainyl for the UK there are so many other factors to take into account, many of them are unique to this time around. Massive government debt, massive public borrowing and a global encomony very different to that of ten years ago. I love the diagram on this post, its the kind of thing you see over at house price crash which is full of pessamists proclaiming the end of the world! House prices will recover, thats for sure. Its just a question of when and by how much will they fall first.
