That's a really interesting question. While the Bank of England's monetary policy indirectly affects house prices, directly controlling them is a complex issue. There are so many factors at play, from supply and demand to global economics. It makes me think about how much control we really have over things, much like trying to perfectly control every block in Eaglercraft
