Not before Time
There is already one. It's called. landlordreferencing.co.uk and all landlords and agents should support it then we can all protect each other. But most landlords are too proud to help other landlords and there lies the problem.
All my tenants are registered with landlordreferencing.co.uk, and any potential tenant is referenced through them
I too use LandlordReferencing, best tenant database for landlords, all it needs is for landlords to enter the details of their tenants so the other landlords do not take on the rogue tenants. I tried to get my local council to allow Paul Routledge (the brains behind the scheme) to give a presentation at the local landlords meeting. Every excuse was used to disallow the presentation, the real reason is that the database would make it even more difficult for the council to house delinquent tenants.
