Hi that doesn't sound to bad, if that's the only cleaning you had to do.My last tenant turned my house into a cannabis farm, causing £20,000 worth of damage. I had inspected the property 3 months previously and all was fine. He passed all the credit checks etc, had been a brilliant tenant for 5 years, paid every month into the bank, i did regular inspections. So what else could i do.
At least you got your rent. I am still trying to fix my property 18 months later.
