FREE landlord softwareThe Ministry of Justice - 'Mortgage and Landlord Possession Statistics in England and Wales ' for Q1 2016 show a fall in landlord repossessions.
The MOJ reports county courts heard 38,053 landlord possession claims, down 10% compared to Q1 2015.
Of these cases, 63% involved social landlords.
