I was getting £450 a month from my 2 bed flat in Ramsgate,
Kent (South East) in 2001 when I bought it. I am now getting
£425 pcm. What earnings gap? Strip out London and the
banker counties please Shelter.
You are not alone Graham. Many areas across the country have seen stagnant rents for a decade. Chin up, at least interest rates remain on the floor.
