A landlord of a rental property in Muswell Hill has been fined a total of £12,520 for not meeting fire safety laws. in a Muswell Hill house he was renting out. The semi-detached rental property on Duke’s Avenue was confirmed to have broken four offences under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
