New rent guarantee insurance

PMS has exclusively partnered up with Rent on Time to enable intermediaries to provide their client landlords with additional rent protection.

The service will provide landlords with guaranteed rental payments on the day the rent is due even if the tenant defaults or makes a late payment, claimed the mortgage club.  PMS said it also comes with free legal expenses as well as other administrative services, in return for a six per cent monthly fee to the landlord.
