More detail on the news that housing benefit is to be capped by the coalition government to £280 per week for a 1 bedroom flat and £400 a week for a four bedroom house.

It will be interesting to see how these changes will be implemented on existing LHA tenancies.

It seems that its time for us all to stand on our own two feet.
