We are nearing the end of the 'dead cat bounce' for UK property prices according to Lombard Street Research Ltd.
They perceive that the past years recovery in the UK housing market is coming to an end as availability of mortgage credit keeps demand for homes “heavily constrained,”.
This comes as a word of warning to any new property investment evangelists. Remember property prices go down as well as up!
On a different point, following the death of my cat this year can anyone come up with a different term for a questionable financial recovery in a falling market?
Here's to you Marvin and all the other cats. RIP.
