Bournemouth Landlords Fight New Affordable Housing Policy

Bournemouth landlords and property developers are calling for their local council to drop its new planning policy for affordable housing. The policy requires that all new large developments in Bournemouth will require a minimum of 40 per cent affordable housing.

Local landlords describe the new policy as 'unviable' and are fighting against it's implementation as well as considering to take legal action against the council.
