House Prices - An Honest Answer for Landlords

The current House Price debate is a heated, sensitive affair between the haves and the have-nots.

The fear is that with the media playing such an important part in many peoples lives it could potentially effect the outcomes.

In reality the whole house price crash debate has been going on for years.

There are many websites that have been dedicated to it, with many of them been calling a crash for the past seven or eight years. Many have seen house prices double whilst they have been calling the imminent property crash.

I must admit that I thought property prices had peeked about four years ago and look what happened, they continued to zoom up.

The majority of the commentators or so called experts are self interested parties that we should ignore.

The truth of the matter is nobody really knows.

Sorry if you were looking for an answer.
