UK house prices up 4.7% - ONS HPI

UK house prices grew 4.7% in the year to September, up from 3.0% in August, to stand at £245,000.

Average prices grew

▪️ 4.3% in Scotland
▪️ 3.8% in Wales
▪️ 2.4% in Northern Ireland
