Really-you are either completely ignorant or just plain stupid! Who do you think in real terms will swallow the cost? Still the tenant the landlords costs will increase and therefore so will the rent-just like any other business. Government meddling again-achieves nothing!

So anti-Landlord, trying to penalise Landlord constantly which ends up penalising tenant so they penalise us more which ends up hurting tenant even more.
