Energy improvement grants for Scottish landlords

Scottish landlords can now apply for a grant for energy efficiency improvements, home renewables systems or connections to an approved district heating scheme powered by a renewable energy source.

Home Energy Scotland offer loans (up to a maximum of £32,500 per property).

The Scottish Government fund will be operated on a first-come, first served basis; so if you're interested get in quick, before the pot of cash runs out.

• An administrative fee of 1.5% of the total loan value up to a max of £150 per application.
• Landlords are able to apply for up to 3 properties.
