I used Adrian Terry/Adr Property for some properties in the North West recently and this woeful lack of rigorous or thorough attention to detail regarding paperwork pertaining to important regulations was my experience also. Disappointing. Also I note he blames everybody and takes no responsibility himself...nothing changes.
Please do not use the services of this person. Very unreliable and I agree with the statement that he blames staff rather than himself.
ADR Property is now in liquidation but stil operating as ADR Maintainance and possibly a company called RedBrick with another party.
This is not a true reflection of my experience with Adrian Terry. I found Adrian to be an excellent, and very knowledgeable, property investment sourcing agent. He has a very good insight into the residential investment market across the N West area, and has been invaluable in helping me to build my buy to let portfolio, as I live in London I could not have done this without his help. He also has an excellent team of contractors/builders, whom I have met on a few occasions. I am continuing to buy more properties with Adrian and his team.
There are many and varied comments all across the web of customers and clients of ADR Property/Adrian Terry who appear to have had issues with many aspects of ADR (from refurbishments, poor administration, bad after-service, lazy business practices and just a lack of any duty of care) through to a very select few clients who keep cropping up to defend how wonderful it has all been for them so easy to get confused.
I note though that a local council took them to court and succesfully prosecuted them, I also am aware that they have been liquidated on at least one occasion and also have had cases upheld with the property redress scheme which they have legally been required to sign up with so I will draw my own conclusions and be ultra cautious with my hard-earned money. Good luck to you though.
Adrian Terry and his wife are still trading, using the name INDIGO INVEST LTD

In common with many others, he owes me over £10,000 in rent and unfinished work that was paid for, before he chose to do a runner
I have to agree with the majority of the comments here. Adrian talks a good game but owes me a substantial amount of money (several thousand pounds) in refurbs that were either never done or very poorly done. and several more thousand in landlord license fees that were paid to him which he then kept and didnt pay to the council as I understand was the case with a number of people who worked with hi. As a result he is becoming increasingly familiar with the inside of a court room.
