Interesting that no one suggests that Whitechapel will benefit from Crossrail -- this map puts it at low potential uplift with no explanation.
I guess that Whitechapel already has pretty good tube links and therefore uplift will depend on other factors.
I agree with the first point however would have thought that Whitechapel having good tube links would actually add to it's potential along with it's infrastructure plans.
