Boston launches tenant complaint hotline

A new telephone hotline has opened in Boston, Lincs, aimed at encouraging tenants to report any issues with their landlord or letting agent.

Callers to the hotline can choose to remain anonymous. The number is 01205 314333.

This part of Lincolnshire has a large immigrant population, attracted to work in the agricultural sector, many of whom find themselves renting rooms/beds in Houses in Multiple Occupation.

The new hotline is part of Boston Borough Council’s Rogue Landlords initiative.
