FREE landlord softwareLandlords can already register online for the scheme but reports indicate that some of the vital software that is required to complete the assessment is not working correctly. This means that despite the loans being available from January 2013 the vital assessment cannot be completed.
It would be interesting to about landlords experiences in trying to access the loans. Has anybody tried and what have been your impressions?

Most assessors won't take bookings, a couple will. Question is, how can some do assessments if software isn't ready. 1 company has started doing assessments already. If you pay for them and software isn't ready, will they be valid to get the plan sorted out, or will it need re-doing at later date, and if so at whose expense?
