Leaseholders Lease Extension Fund

Landlords who are looking at extending their lease may be interested in this charity to offer assistance on the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal (LVT) process.

The fund set up by leasehold reform campaigner Melissa Briggs who has established an organisation www.carlex.org.uk to promote leasehold reform including the greater use of common hold.

The Department of Communities and Local Government also funds the organisation LEASE which provides advice on leasehold matters.
