Landlords improved confidence

A new survey out today indicates that landlords are more positive than they were six months ago. The survey from CHL Mortgages reports that landlords are positive about rental demand.

43 percent of landlords surveyed said that it is sufficient to cover mortgage repayments, maintenance and cost. Which I've go to say is hardly a gushing endorsement, I mean if you can't cover your costs ............
