Peveril in administration

Housing Management business Peverel which many landlords with leasehold property's will have come into contact with, has been placed into administration.

Some landlords who've had experience of Peverel and their escalating service charges may be thinking that it's poetic justice.

The business was owned by Vincent Tchenguizs the older of the two Iranian brothers who road the property and finance boom of the previous 15 years.

Looks like there is a sound of popping going on and it's no longer the champagne corks!
