Property Sparrow is making progress.
She has received a Notice of Issue from the County Court. Her tenant now has 14 days to file a defence. After that she can send off the form to the court office to ask for a possession order and an order for costs.
She's not sure how long the whole process will take but it looks as if her tenant will soon need to take flight.
