Having looked at the previous winners, it's still no clearer who won and what for.
The winner will get to meet a Minister. I'd love to go just to explain what I feel about the whole charade.
I suspect that only public sector gimps and bureaucrats will have the time to waste filling out the forms and having the time to go on such a freebee. On accepting their award at the public expense no doubt they will only be too pleased to thank the Minister for a very entertaining evening.
