Landlord Numbers Could Grow with the Next Wave of Buy-to-Let Investors.

Homeowners with low or zero mortgages are turning to property investment and taking advantage of restrictive buying conditions forcing property prices back to 2004 values.

These cash-rich buyers are taking advantage of the current restrictive lending conditions to buy properties at reduced values.

The new wave of property investors tend to invest in traditional housing stock such as traditional semis and terraced property and steer clear of the hyped apartments that have flooded the rental market.
