20 Reasons for Landlords to Cheer for Other People Especially First Time Buyers

I've been promising to bring landlords some good news ( and have been failing miserably - its got to be said) but Ive found some.

Admittedly its not specifically related to landlords or buy-to-let but it is property related.

It's 20 reasons to cheer falling house prices.

So infact that's 20 reasons to feel good.

Hold on, thinking about it, falling house prices are not something for landlords to cheer about especially if the have to multiply losses by 20 properties.

Sorry, I'll go away and keep looking - it's good news for landlords I want - right - ok - got it - I'll just get my coat.
